Technique:
- Set up the camera on the tripod in a setting that is dark.
- Set the camera to have the lowest ISO possible.
- Set the camera to have a low aperture like f/5.6
- Set the camera to have a low shutter, 1/60 &1/30
- Start the exposure then start painting with the flashlights until the exposure is finished
